Comedian Park Na Rae’s request for leniency for a store employee who leaked her personal information has become a hot topic. The store apologized to her and reiterated that they were doing everything to prevent recurrence and added that related measures were already underway for the employee.
The news had made headlines when a post was uploaded on an online community on May 13. The writer pointed out that an employee of a home appliance store leaked Park Na Rae’s personal information in a group chat and also stressed that the measures that the store in question took were insufficient. In the process, it was reported that Park Na Rae received an apology and asked for leniency.
In April, Park Na Rae visited the store, and in order to prove that he met with a famous star, the employee sent a screenshot of Park Na Rae’s personal information.
The writer, who saw the screenshot, informed the store of the fact. After verifying the circumstances, the manager of the store informed Park Na Rae of the incident and apologized.
The incident became public on May 13 when the writer revealed the fact, but the store stated that they already been referred the employee in question to the personnel committee.

He added, “We are taking necessary steps according to the procedure.
