The Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation announced on May 4 that Changmin, who has actively donated for children, donated 55 million KRW (approx. 44,816 USD) to help vulnerable children who need help due to COVID-19 ahead of Children’s Day. The donation delivered by Changmin will be provided to a total of 110 vulnerable children through the foundation as “COVID-19 emergency living expenses.”

Changmin said, “I wanted to give children in need of help due to COVID-19 a gift that can give them a little bit of strength before Children’s Day. I sincerely hope that the day when all children can run and play as they want will come as soon as possible.”

Lee Je Hoon, chairman of the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation, expressed his gratitude to Changmin for not forgetting the underprivileged children in our society.

Meanwhile, Changmin is a member of the “Green Noble Club,” a group of donors who donated more than 100 million KRW (approx. 81,487 USD) through the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
