Apink, the K-POP group that has not been defeated in its 10th year and still shows strong potential swepth the K-POP scene with their new song “Dumhdurum.”
Apink topped the major five music charts – Melon, Genie, Bugs, Soribada and Naver Music – in Korea with the title song “Dumhdurum” of their new album LOOK, which was released at 6:00 p.m. on April 13 KST.
In particular, this is the first time in about five years since Apink recorded “All Kill” (when a k-pop song becomes number one on all major music charts at the same time) since “Remember,” the title song of Pink MEMORY.
The new song “Dumdurum” is a dance song that contains the word “dumdurum,” which means one’s heart is calm in front of the departed love, adding to Apink’s unique charm with addictive chorus and melody.
Apink posted their pictures on their official Instagram on April 13 and wrote, “The touching moment ‘Dumdurum in No.1’ Thanks to Panda (Apink’s fandom). A dreamlike moment made by Panda. Capture of our Pink, who cannot be dumdurum.”
Also, every member of Apink left heart-warming messages.
Park Cho Rong, leader of Apink, wrote, “It’s been six years. A miracle has happened. What’s going on? I miss you more.”
