Cube Entertainment‘s executive producer Hong Seong Sung spoke of the devastation, referring to the internal strife.
On March 26, Hong posted a message on his twitter where he wrote, “I would like to talk about what’s happening inside Cube today. Not long ago, Cube’s the largest shareholder changed. But instead of cooperating with artist, they’re leading the internal strife, engaging in awful activities that even thugs wouldn’t do. I’m devastated.”

Lat month, VT GMP announced that they will acquire 30.61 percent of Cube Entertainment from iHQ for 29.1 billion KRW (approx. 24,017,845 USD). Cube Entertainment also announced that their largest shareholder will change from iHQ to VT GMP.
Meanwhile, BTOB, CLC, Pentagon, (G)I-DLE, Jo Kwon, Jang Hyun Seung, Lai Guanlin, Park Mi Sun, Lee Hye Jae are affiliated with Cube Entertainment.
