Ar around 10:30 p.m. on March 24 KST, Hwanhee was questioned for his recent DUI at Yongin Seobu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province. “Hwanhee said that he drank around 9:00 p.m. on March 21 and slept at his friend’s house. When he woke up, thinking that he was sober, he drove home. After checking Hwanhee’s black box, the accident occurred as the car in front changed its course, at the same time when Hwanhee was changing lanes from the first lane to second lane,” an official from the police stated.

Meanwhile, after reports of Hwanhee’s DUI accident, his agency H2 Media told the press, “Hwanhee caused a car accident while driving intoxicated, and we have no reason to provide any excuses for his fault. He will participate in the following police investigation diligently and receive due punishment. We would like to apologize on behalf of Hwanhee for causing such a concerning incident which should never have happened.”
