Two days before the release of the pre-release title song, “Hold,” WINNER has raised fans’ expectations with their music video teaser.
On March 24, YG Entertainment posted a teaser video for WINNER’s upcoming “Hold” music video.
The released video reminds the viewers of a sitcom. Retro-mood screen filled with laughter draws attention from the beginning. Even in this 33 seconds video, you can get a glimpse of the story that will take place in the actual music video.
Above all, the adorable acting of all four members of WINNER and AKMU‘s Suhyun under the concept of four brothers and one sister grabs the attention. In the teaser, Suhyun, who is annoyed with her brothers, and her four older brothers (WINNER) who want to interfere with her romance are depicted.
In particular, the intro melody of the song was inserted in the video, catching the ear of the viewers.
“Hold” talks about a man’s psychology towards the woman who be has been flirting with and my psychology of watching those who flirt. It will present a well-coordinated mix of addictive melody, witty arrangements and talking-like vocals of WINNER.
Song Min Ho wrote and composed the song when R.Tee also participated in composing and arrangement, enhancing the overall musical quality.
“Hold,” the pre-released song of WINNER’s third full-length album Remember, will be released on March 26 and will be preformed for the first time through NAVER V LIVE at 9:00 p.m. on March 30 KST.
