Yoo Seung Ho Mentions How He “Purposely Gained Weight” for His Recent Role

Actor Yoo Seung Ho expressed his disappointment in a comment pointing finger at his appearance.

Yoo wrote on his Instagram story on March 11, “I’ve put on weight to play the role of a police. I know I’ve gotten fat.”

This was posted on the same day his recent drama, Memorist, was aired for the first time. After the broadcast, some pointed out that he had gained weight compared to his previous work. It appears that the actor left a message on social media after seeing those comments.

Meanwhile, Yoo returned to the small screen with Memorist, in about a year since his previous work, My Strange Hero.
