Honest Candidate, the latest comedy starring Ra Mi Ran, has surpassed 1 million viewers on the seventh day since its release (Feb. 12), raising expectations of reaching the break-even point.
According to the total figures on KOBIS (KOREA Box-office Information System), which is run by KOFIC (Korean Film Council), the film attracted 1,021,422 viewers to the theatres as of 7 a.m. on Feb. 18, KST. With this fierce uptrend, it is highly likely to exceed its own break-even point, which is around 1.5 million viewers, within this week.
