Joo Hee of 8Eight appeared on Cultwo Show on Feb. 13 and revealed that she owns a studio in Seoul and that her first client was BTS.
After talking about reunion of the group 8Eight, Joo Hee shared that she’s running a 100 pyung (approximately 3,560 square foot) studio in the Seocho district, where both 8Eight and BTS had shot their photographs.
“I was so surprised when I suddenly got the call about BTS,” said Joo Hee. Special DJ of the day, Shin Bong Sun added how the studio could now be the “holy place” since ARMY visit the places where BTS has been.
Since the broadcast, questions about the studio have emerged and fans have finally found traces of BTS filming in the studio. They found that it was jacket photos for BTS’s April 2019 mini album Map of the Soul: Persona. The studio’s official account at the time stated, “I can’t forget the moment when BTS members visited. We prepared unique settings and production for BTS in pink.“

The group 8Eight is a first-generation artist of Big Hit Entertainment, the BTS agency. They released their new song “Again Deceived in Love” on Feb. 7.
