Arist ZICO was named K-POP radar “Artist Of The Month.”
According to K-POP radar on Feb 7, ZICO’s Instagram followers increased by 6,330 in last December, and since his big comeback last year, the number increased by 718,921 in a month. This means the number has increased 113 times, from 6,000 to 720,000 in a month.
The number of “#Any Song Challenge” hastags tagged within Instagram reached about 64,300 in January alone, L-POP radar commented, adding that the effect of “Any Song Challenge” seems to be the main reason behind this sudden rise.
“The accumulated number of views for “Daredevil” music video released last September is now about 5.3 million, but “Any Song” surpassed the record in just 213 hours,” K-POP radar added. “It looks like the “Any Song Challenge” craze has been reflected in the number of views for the music video,” they said, explaining why ZICO was named “Artist Of The Month.”
On ‘Monthly Social Chart,’ ZICO climbed 207 steps to rank third on the Instagram chart.
